Sandy Ho is an Australian professional cook with interest and intrigue in
the careful use of local, sustainable and loved produce. Her fascination
with nostalgic cooking and her flair for colourful flavours have led her
to opportunities in collaborating, learning and cooking with food makers around the world.

Sandy currently develops recipes for new food concepts, she caters for small and large scale events all over and is often a chef on sail boats for travel
and inspiration.

Her work will always aspire to spark positive sharing of flavour and food
